Who is Pepper?

Pepper is a curator of sex toys and lifestyle products. Through our store and our robust editorial section, we give you permission to play and initiate new discussions about pleasure. 

Put simply, Pepper is all about connection. We believe that the more connected we are, the better we are, and we believe in making pleasure a priority.

We’re a destination for finding what feels good while embracing what feels natural.

Who are the owners?

Lincoln and Sarah Spoor created Pepper after being married for 20 years. They have loved, worked and adventured, had four kids in their first five years of marriage, and weathered much of what many couples do.

How did you come up with the name “Pepper”?

Pepper is an aphrodisiac and a way to spice things up. We thought it was a fun, simple play on words with a deeper meaning that would represent our playful and irreverent nature.

How did you come up with this idea?

After years of tiptoeing around pleasure stores in an effort to keep things spicy, we realized there weren't enough safe, welcoming, and inclusive spaces to buy intimacy products. Pepper offers a fresh and fun experience. We give you an opportunity to explore freely. Our buying experience centers around information, inspiration, and sex-positivity.


Do I need to have an account to place an order?

You are free to place an order as a guest, although we encourage you to create an account for ease of future purchases.

When you sign up for your free account you will be able to:

•Check out faster when making a purchase
•View past orders
•Make changes to your account information
•Change your password

If you check out as a guest, all order confirmations and updates will be sent via email, and you will not be able to track this information on our site.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 pm PT will process the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm PT will be processed the next business day. Expedited orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 am PT will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 11 am PT or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

All transit times are within the contiguous U.S.:

Standard Shipping: USPS - three to eight business days

Expedited Shipping:  USPS Priority - one to three business days

Next Day Shipping:  Next Day Air Saver/ USPS Priority Express- one business day (NO weekend delivery for UPS)

What time do I need to place my order for expedited shipping?

Expedited orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am PT will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 11 am PT or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

What are your shipping rates?

All orders over $100 ship free with Standard Shipping. Orders under $100 will include a $15 charge for economy shipping. Expedited or Next Day Shipping rates will be displayed at check out based on item(s) ordered and zip code.

Where do you ship to? 

We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are not able to offer expedited shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, we do not yet ship internationally, yet, but we are working on it. We currently ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. 

How will my package arrive?

All orders are discreetly shipped in plain boxes to ensure privacy.

How do I track my package?

Your order status can be viewed in your account details or accessed via the order status link in your order confirmation email. Please email or call us at (702) 795-4400 with further questions.

What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase, minus a $15 restocking fee. We will provide a free shipping label. Items must be unopened and sealed, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. The following items are ineligible for returns: opened toys, lingerie bottoms, worn apparel, all condoms, all lotions, all lubricants, and all sale items.

To return a product, please email or call us at (702) 329-4400. We will provide a prepaid label. Affix the label to your package and bring it to your local parcel drop-off location.

Can I return an item using my own return label?

Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and insured. Items that are lost in transit or damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I return kits?

When returning kits, the entire kit must be completely returned for credit. Each individual product must be in its original packaging and unopened. Products from the kit cannot be individually returned.

If there is a warranty-related issue with one particular item, please contact with the specific issue, and we will provide a replacement for that individual product.

Do you offer refunds?

If you return a product to us in accordance with the Pepper return policy, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be in the amount of the product price plus taxes, minus the original shipping cost and a $10 restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned product(s). Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

What do I do if the product I received does not work or is damaged?

Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs.  Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you return a damaged or defective product, we will refund the initial shipping charges paid by you in addition to the amount of the product price and taxes, if applicable. To return a faulty, defective, or damaged product, please follow the Pepper return policy.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and use a secure processing platform called The transaction will appear on your statement as Moon LLC.

Gift cards

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Our gift cards range from $25 - $1,000. To ensure your gift can include a toy and accessory, we recommend a gift card in the amount of $150. Purchase, redeem, or check your gift card balance here.
