We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are not able to offer expedited shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase, minus a $10 restocking fee. We will provide a free shipping label. Items must be unopened and sealed, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. The following items are ineligible for returns: opened toys, opened lingerie, worn apparel, all condoms, all lotions, all lubricants, and all sale items.
To return a product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (702) 329-4400. We will provide a prepaid FedEx label. Affix the FedEx label to your package and bring it to a UPS drop-off location.
Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and insured. Items that are lost in transit or damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
When returning kits, the entire kit must be completely returned for credit. Each individual product must be in its original packaging and unopened. Products from the kit cannot be individually returned.
If there is a warranty-related issue with one particular item, please contact email@example.com with the specific issue, and we will provide a replacement for that individual product.
If you return a product to us in accordance with the Pepper return policy, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be in the amount of the product price plus taxes, minus the original shipping cost and a $10 restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned product(s). Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs. Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you return a damaged or defective product, we will refund the initial shipping charges paid by you in addition to the amount of the product price and taxes, if applicable. To return a faulty, defective, or damaged product, please follow the Pepper return policy.
We accept all major credit cards and use a secure processing platform called Authorize.net. The transaction will appear on your statement as Moon LLC.
