We ship to all valid USPS addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We are not able to offer expedited shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 pm PT will process the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm PT will be processed the next business day. Expedited orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 am PT will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 11 am PT or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
All orders ship free with Standard Shipping. Expedited or Next Day Shipping rates will be displayed at check out based on item(s) ordered and zip code.
All transit time are within the contiguous U.S.:
•Standard Shipping - USPS - three to five business days
•Expedited Shipping - UPS 2nd Day Air - two business days
•Next Day Shipping - UPS Next Day Air - one business day
All orders are shipped in plain boxes to ensure privacy. There is Pepper branded tape on the outside of the box.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, yet, but we are working on it. We currently ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Eligible items are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is free with our label. Items must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. The following items are ineligible for returns: opened toys, opened lingerie, worn apparel, all condoms, all lotions, all lubricants, and all sale items.
To return a product, please email email@example.com or call us at (702) 329-4400. We will provide a prepaid UPS label. Affix the UPS label to your package and bring it to a UPS drop-off location.
Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and insured. Items that are lost in transit or damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
When returning kits, all products included in the kit must be returned to receive credit. Each individual product must be in its original packaging and unopened. Products from the kit cannot be individually returned. If there is an issue with one particular item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the specific issue, and we will provide a replacement for that individual product.
If you return a product to us in accordance with the Pepper return policy you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be in the amount of the product price plus taxes, minus original shipping cost and a $10 restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned product(s). Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs. Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you return a damaged or defective product, we will refund the initial shipping charges in addition to the amount of the product price and taxes, if applicable.
