Get the most out of your Aura by replacing your electro pads every 3 months. Place your Aura on clean, dry skin in any area that feels comfortable to wear. Remove the clear plastic backing and store in the Aura case for later. When not in use, place the protective plastic sheet back over the gel pads and store in the Aura case.
